Position Overview:

Working as a member of a team within the EZ Dock kitting area, assist in the attainment of all manufacturing production requirements by learning and following all process steps and requirements necessary to produce orders.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

1.    Demonstrates ability to self-verify load completeness and intense attention to detail.

2.    Demonstrates an understanding of internal supplier and ability to chase shortages from shortage sheet.

3.    Work with outside vendors and other departments on shortages and attainment of product to meet customer needs.

4.    Cross train to complete UPS shipments, as needed.

5.    Understand, print, and complete paperwork, including Tracker Database, accurately and efficiently.

6.    Pack orders by hand counting and/or weigh counting (hardware and manufactured parts).

7.    Demonstrate good housekeeping, recycling and proper storage of equipment.

8.    Ability to run chain cutting OBI presses and assemble ropes, as needed.

9.    Demonstrates consistent successful performance by meeting demand of customer and remaining productive during work hours.

10.    Work to meet established expectations and pursues objectives with energy and persistence.

11.    Is open to change and new information; rapidly adapts to new information, changing conditions or unexpected obstacles.

12.    Adhere and comply with all company safety requirements.

Position Summary

The Sourcing Specialist primary responsibilities will include conducting strategic sourcing activities supporting the organization's objectives for value-driven vendor partnerships and focusing on risk management, reliability, and cost-effectiveness. Participates in supplier negotiations and contract preparation using structured processes. Coordinates with internal stakeholders to define material, quality, and service requirements and standards. Supports vendor partnerships and monitors performance using established KPIs, goals, and scorecards. Integrates new sources, methods, and vendors to ensure a reliable supply of materials. Review market intelligence and analysis to anticipate price fluctuations and work collaboratively with all functions of PlayPower.

The primary function of this position is to process parts in the metal and vinyl departments.  This position will be adequately cross trained in various functions on all fabrication machines within the department.  The fabricator will comply with all safety and quality guidelines on machinery and in the workplace.

2. Cross training required in the general category and one machine in the specialty category.

SUMMARY:  Assembles various products and parts using hand tools, small presses and blue prints.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1.    Operate production line machinery

2.    Assemble finished product using parts and fasteners

3.    Piece together different parts of manufactured products

4.    Read detailed blueprints to learn how to assemble products

5.    Use hand tools or machines to complete projects.

6.    Troubleshoot production line machinery

7.    Perform equipment change-overs

8.    Responsible for quality control

9.    Ability to work in teams and open to learning various aspects of department

Responsibilities include:

1.    PULLING PARTS

    by

determining parts to be gathered by reading relevant product reports.

2.    GATHER PARTS

    by

pulling parts per materials list and checking quantities and warehouse locations. Parts will not be checked off the requirement list until a small green label has been verified with the requirement list and quantity.

3.    VERIFIES PARTS

    by

    looking at small green bar codes on parts or by using E-Docs.

4.    STAGE PARTS

    by

placing them in neat, straight rows and label carts with proper color and dates of list.

5.    REPORTS MISSING PARTS

    by

recording them on a missing parts report using S.O. number, color, part number, quantity and informing supervisor.

6.    PREPARES PARTS

    by

hanging parts to be coated.

7.    HANG PARTS

    by

using clean hooks and racks this will provide a good ground, which will improve transfer efficiency. Verifying that the small green bar code label corresponds with the requirement report and quantity. Hanging parts on the line in such a manner that prevents them from falling off the line or filling internally with water while utilizing all available space and filling racks completely.

8.    INSPECTS PARTS

by

visually looking for part defects, sand or Scotch Brite any rough areas as needed; or any part that has been previously powder coated.

9.    PLUG PARTS

by

    placing appropriate size plugs in any hole that is threaded or any hole that could let water in.

10.    SPRAY PARTS

    by

    applying powder to products with the correct amount of milage and looking at color tag in front of parts and bringing the correct color hopper to the spray booth from the powder storage room,         using the oldest powder first in the powder storage area..

11.    VERIFIES READINGS

by

looking at gauges on the motor control center to make sure temperatures are correct before starting the line.

12.    CHECKS PARTS

by

    Scanning small green bar code labels so that parts get labeled correctly.

13.    LABELS PARTS

by

Scanning small green bar codes through clear plastic bags; applying footing labels, if required; and placing a 2” x 4” bar code on the outside of bag. Replace small green bar code if it came off during the process.

14.    CONDUCTS FINAL CHECK

by

Visually inspecting package to make sure it is acceptable.

15.    PACKS HARDWARE AND SMALL COMPONENTS

by

    Gathering and verifying shipments.

16.    PREPARES SHIPMENTS

by

    Reading relevant product reports, gathering, packing, protecting, and labeling.

Working as a lead member of a team, assist in the attainment of all ROTO MOLD production requirements by learning and following all process steps and requirements necessary to produce parts, as well as mentor other employees on the processes and practices. Safely and efficiently loads, transports, unloads and moves raw materials, finished goods and work in process to designated locations and/or work centers. Organizes and utilizes available space to create material flow between designated locations and work centers. Observes plant safety rules including safe forklift operations as mandated by OSHA.

Position Overview:

This position safely and efficiently loads, transports, unloads and moves raw materials, finished goods and work in process to designated locations and/or work centers; organizes and utilizes available space to create material flow between designated locations and work centers. Observes plant safety rules including safe forklift operations as mandated by OSHA.

Position Overview

This position utilizes experienced and proficient motorized industrial equipment operators (i.e. forklift, combi lift) to safely and efficiently move, transport, load and unload raw materials and finished goods in a safe and effective manner, and within a timely manner in order to meet customer and production needs. 1.    Timely and accurate loading and unloading of pipe, sheet metal and/or plastic parts, molds, jigs, or other product per production requirements.

4.    Ability to operate counterbalance, turret forklifts with SAP and barcode scanners, clamp lift, and pallet jack.

This position is responsible for supporting and generating sales of diverse shade products in a national and/or regional assigned area through relationship building and by demonstrating exemplary organization, product knowledge, and customer service skills. Spray Coating Technician (Playground Fabrication)

The Spray Coating Technician will sand, apply bondo and operate powered hand tools. This position will mount and dismount pieces from rotisseries and apply coating to meet production schedule. This role is a part of playground fabrication. It's perfect for someone who wants a hands-on job and takes pride in executing with a high degree of accuracy and precision. The Frog Wire Operator will be a crucial asset to the Sculpt Department. Our production line starts here. The Frog Wire operator’s role is to interpret a detail drawing for plotting and programming CNC hotwire machines to bring a project to its first physical form. Also utilizing the FrogWire machine cut out basic shapes for the sculptors to carve into artistic play elements.  The employee will take the lead operating the FrogWire and work with other departments as needed to reach collaborative goals.

Essential Functions

•    Examines and programs the FrogWire machines to the specifications of the customer's order using drawings, work orders, or blueprints to determine the characteristics of the finished item, and machine setup requirements.

•    Develop Vector graphics for plotting the initial sculpture shape

•    Mapping Vector Shapes to the FrogWire NC software

•    Load and operate the FrogWire CNC foam cutting machined

The PVC Dip Operator plays a key role in our production process by preparing and plastic coating metal parts while ensuring quality standards and efficient workflow. This position is responsible for completing the hang, dip, unhang, trim, and packaging operation on the plastisol vinyl product line and requires the ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong emphasis on safety, accuracy, and continuous improvement.  This position will be cross trained to other areas of the vinyl department as needed.

6. Label and stack finished parts on pallet and wrapping/scanning.

7. Assemble parts as required using hammer.

8. Driving forklift to move parts to staging areas.

Position Overview:

Machine Operators will operate multiple types of manufacturing machines in a fast-paced, high-speed environment, follow standardized work processes, and adhere to safe work practices in a continuous improvement environment. The position will require rotating to other machinery within the department to complete production requirements needed to fulfill customer needs.

Principal Duties & Responsibilities:

• Operate several types of manufacturing machines, safely and efficiently, including but not limited to, drill press, die-form press, brake press, punch press, folding machine, turret punch, tube and pipe benders, roll forming machines, and saws.

• Complete daily production reports, as required.

• Experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus

• Perform necessary pre-operation activities to ensure proper equipment startup and operation on multiple pieces of equipment.

• Operate/monitor multiple pieces of equipment during operation to ensure quality production and minimal unplanned stops.

• Communicate with team members and support teams to ensure continuous production of the correct product at high quality levels with minimal wasted time and materials.

• Maintain accurate inventory counts.

• Read detailed blueprints and instructions.

• Perform equipment change-overs and/or die changes.

Responsibilities include:

1.    PULLING PARTS

    by

determining parts to be gathered by reading relevant product reports.

2.    GATHER PARTS

    by

pulling parts per materials list and checking quantities and warehouse locations. Parts will not be checked off the requirement list until a small green label has been verified with the requirement list and quantity.

3.    VERIFIES PARTS

    by

    looking at small green bar codes on parts or by using E-Docs.

4.    STAGE PARTS

    by

placing them in neat, straight rows and label carts with proper color and dates of list.

5.    REPORTS MISSING PARTS

    by

recording them on a missing parts report using S.O. number, color, part number, quantity and informing supervisor.

6.    PREPARES PARTS

    by

hanging parts to be coated.

7.    HANG PARTS

    by

using clean hooks and racks this will provide a good ground, which will improve transfer efficiency. Verifying that the small green bar code label corresponds with the requirement report and quantity. Hanging parts on the line in such a manner that prevents them from falling off the line or filling internally with water while utilizing all available space and filling racks completely.

8.    INSPECTS PARTS

by

visually looking for part defects, sand or Scotch Brite any rough areas as needed; or any part that has been previously powder coated.

9.    PLUG PARTS

by

    placing appropriate size plugs in any hole that is threaded or any hole that could let water in.

10.    SPRAY PARTS

    by

    applying powder to products with the correct amount of milage and looking at color tag in front of parts and bringing the correct color hopper to the spray booth from the powder storage room,         using the oldest powder first in the powder storage area..

11.    VERIFIES READINGS

by

looking at gauges on the motor control center to make sure temperatures are correct before starting the line.

12.    CHECKS PARTS

by

    Scanning small green bar code labels so that parts get labeled correctly.

13.    LABELS PARTS

by

Scanning small green bar codes through clear plastic bags; applying footing labels, if required; and placing a 2” x 4” bar code on the outside of bag. Replace small green bar code if it came off during the process.

14.    CONDUCTS FINAL CHECK

by

Visually inspecting package to make sure it is acceptable.

The Paint Line Operator plays a key role in our production process by preparing and painting metal parts while ensuring quality standards and efficient workflow. JOB SUMMARY:

•    Represents organization at trade shows, sales meetings, event marketing and with community organizations 

•    Supports sales representatives with maintaining relationships, negotiating and closing deals.

•    Conducts in-person team meetings several times annually, as needed for distribution optimization, review and improvement. 

•    Responsible for ongoing review and management of the P&L for the agency including annual planning beginning in October each year. 

•    Prepares and participates in business plan reviews, quarterly budget reviews, and monthly 30-60-90-day reporting. 

•    Participates and attends Playworld National Sales Meetings & Training Seminars as well as any meetings for Playworld Agency Owners/Leadership.

Position Overview:

This position utilizes experienced and proficient motorized industrial equipment operators (i.e. forklift, combi lift) to safely and efficiently move, transport, load and unload raw materials and finished goods in a safe and effective manner, and within a timely manner in order to meet customer and production needs. Observes plant safety rules including safe forklift operations as mandated by OSHA.

1.    Timely and accurate loading and unloading of pipe, sheet metal and/or plastic parts, molds, jigs, or other product per production requirements.

3.    Ability to operate equipment including hand jacks and walk behinds.

4.    Ability to operate counterbalance, turret forklifts with SAP and barcode scanners, clamp lift, and pallet jack.

5.    Ability to scan products to ensure proper inventory, checking paperwork to match product.

6.    Helps maintains accurate inventory by reporting material shortages.

8.    When needed, re-palletizes loads to ensure incoming materials and outgoing shipments are efficiently, safely and properly handled.

Position Overview

The Shipping/ Receiving Associate is responsible documenting, receiving, storing, and preparing products and materials for transport across the Lewisburg, New Berlin, and Montandon facilities. Key duties include unloading trucks, inspecting incoming shipments against invoices, operating warehouse equipment like forklifts, maintaining inventory, packaging items for outgoing shipments, and ensuring accurate record-keeping. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, computer skills, physical stamina, and adherence to safety procedures to ensure timely and efficient movement of goods within a company or warehouse.

Principal Duties & Responsibilities

• Receiving Shipments: Unload incoming trucks, inspect contents, verify against purchase orders, and process documentation. Report any packing slip discrepancies to purchasing. Record and report quality issues to quality and purchasing.

• Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing goods, update inventory, and conduct cycle counts as required.

• Storing Goods: Organize and store received materials and products in designated warehouse areas, taking extra care to make sure items have a visible label.

• Preparing Shipments: Pick, pack, and prepare products for shipping according to company standards and customer orders.

The Airbrush and Finishing Department Supervisor will oversee the safety, organization, schedule and quality within the coat and paint departments. This is a hands on leadership role. He or she will supervise the application of urethane/rubber to products and oversee all of paint application products with a variety of urethane and automotive type paints, using spray guns, airbrushes, and other types of painting tools. This role will be expected to step in at times to ensure completion and timely execution of our products. This also includes overseeing the sanding, bondo applications and utilizing powered hand tools. You will oversee employees working with stencils, masks and freehand to produce products as depicted in production drawings and illustrations. This position will assist and supervise in mounting and dismounting pieces from rotisseries and at times, apply coating and paint to meet production schedule.  The Supervisor has a demonstrated ability to perform duties and supervise others while meeting through and quality standards. He or she has a solid understanding of role processes, tools and technologies and is proficient in all job aspects. Leading, training, and communicating will be important aspects of this role.

Essential Functions

•    Mix and apply paint; ensure proper paint coverage.

•    Accurately replicate the design/illustration per Detail Drawing.

•    Use, maintain, and clean airbrushes, air guns, pressure pots and other equipment as required.

•    Prep and repair any discrepancies in surface, including filling and sanding imperfections.

•    Maintain records of labor time and materials used, and record appropriately.

• Develop new clients within assigned territory using various methods including, but not limited to, cold calling, attending trade shows, face-to-face meetings, and direct marketing from their home office.

Key Responsibilities

•    Develop and grow relationships with architects, landscape architects, design professionals, and specification writers in assigned multi-state territory
