Teller/Customer Service Rep - BROKEN ARROW  

                                                                                                      TELLER / CUSTOMER SERVICE REP

 

 

This position has dual responsibilities of a Teller and Customer Service as needed.  We are looking for an ideal candidate who is a team player and is seeking long term employment. 

 

Essential Job Duties:

  • Greet customers and assess their needs

  • Process customer transactions with courtesy, accuracy, and professionalism

  • Maintain and balance personal teller cash drawer

  • Process buying and selling of monies to/from the vault

  • Count and roll coins for customers as needed

  • Assist customers with deposit related issues including but not limited to, opening all types of deposit accounts, handling debit cards and online banking needs

  • Assist customers with account reconcilement issues such as balancing, overdrafts, debit card fraud and other unauthorized transactions.

  • Process all I.R.A. matters such as transfers, contributions, distributions, and beneficiary options.

  • Perform other job duties and projects as assigned

 

Requirements/Skills:

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent

  • At least six months of banking and/or cash handling experience (preferred)

  • Excellent communication skills to ensure the customer's needs are met

  • Friendly demeanor with positive attitude, clean and neat appearance

  • Good computer input skills

  • An intermediate understanding and skill level of computer operations such as Word & Excel 

  • Ability to Multi-task

  • Ability to pay strong attention to detail

 

Work Hours/Requirements:

  • Must be available between the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

  • Monday - Friday (40 hours per week)

  • (Hours subject to vary)

  

Salary:      Commensurate with experience
