Position: Lending Administrative Assistant
Description: The Lending Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing assistance to the lending officers in servicing the bank’s customers and converting
prospective clients into closed/funded loans. The incumbent will assist with all tasks related to loan production, to include loan application and origination,
coordination with operations teams and follow up with customers.
Qualifications: 1-year of experience in loan administration preferred
Must be a self-starter and self-motivated to meet job expectations and goals
Must be able to thrive in a multi-tasking environment
Ability to manage multiple deadlines
Possess superior customer service skills
Must be organized, responsible and able to use good judgment
Ability to learn quickly applicable loan programs and processes and stay
current with changes and new products
Ability to use MS-Word, MS-Excel, MS-Windows, MS-Outlook and the Internet effectively
Work Hours: Monday - Friday
8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
(Hours are subject to vary)
Salary Range: Based upon experience
