Loan Processor - MCALESTER  

 

Job Description/Summary

The Loan Processor takes ownership of loan files during the pre-closing process, works to get the loan ready to close, and follows the loan through the post-closing process. This includes obtaining, reviewing and assembling documentation and working closely with lenders, lending assistants, closing companies, and customers to ensure the files are completed and ready to close. The Loan Processor will file necessary documents, post-closing, to ensure the loan is properly secured, upload and process disbursements after the loan closes, and prepare documents to be scanned. Prioritizing and monitoring daily workflow is an essential part of being a successful loan processing team member.

 

Requirements/Skills:

•    High School Diploma

•    1-year of experience in loan processing or in a commensurate field

•    Preferred working knowledge of regulatory guidelines, loan disclosures and tolerances

•    Above Average computer skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office Products

•    Laser Pro experience preferred, but not required

•    Excellent written and verbal communication skills

•    Ability to multitask

 

Job Duties:

•    Process loan requests in a timely and accurate manner

•    File mortgages, liens, UCC’s, etc.

•    Upload and process disbursements on closed loans

•    Other duties as assigned. 

 

Work Hours:

•    Monday-Friday

•    8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (Hours are subject to vary)

•    Overtime when necessary

 

Salary:    To be discussed in interview
