Are you a hard worker who loves to learn new skills and work with a great team? We are looking to fill a Full-time 1st shift Painter position for our Englewood CO location.

Responsibilities include:

•    Prep and repair any discrepancies in surface, including filling and sanding imperfections.

•    Mix and apply paint; ensure proper paint coverage.

•    Accurately replicate the design/illustration per Detail Drawing.

•    Use, maintain, and clean airbrushes, air guns, pressure pots and other equipment as required.

•    Maintain records of labor time and materials used, and record appropriately.

•    Maintain a clean and safe work area; observe and implement proper safety practices.

•    Provide work direction and guidance to apprentice workers.

•    Assist in performing other painting/coating related maintenance duties as assigned.

 

Qualified applicants will have:

•    Ability to lift 30lbs

•    High School Education is preferred, but not required.

•    Comprehends  methods and techniques of mixing and preparing paint or similar coatings

•    Understands operational characteristics of tools and equipment used in painting/mixing.

•    Prior experience with principles and practices used in painting/mixing

•    Familiar with practices relating to health and safety involved in painting/mixing assignments.

•    Proficient with methods and techniques of storing equipment, materials and supplies.
