Manufacturing Engineer

We are looking to fill a Manufacturing Engineer position for our PlayPower campus in Monett, MO.

Responsibilities include:

* Designing manufacturing processes to drive continuous improvement for a progressive commercial playground development company

* Improving manufacturing efficiency

* Provide assistance to production personnel for all facets related to manufacturing of the product

* Determining production priorities

* Designing and creating the most efficient machine layouts

* Establishing line set up for new products

* Responsible for Manufacturing Engineering Communication



Qualified applicants will have:

* Bachelor’s degree with 1-2 years’ manufacturing experience

* Ability to provide support for all shift and all facilities in MO

* Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement experience required

* Experience with tool and die design or rotational molding/plastics molding preferred

* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
